ST. LOUIS (AP) — Police say an officer fatally shot a suspect in an armed theft of a St. Louis rapid-meals eating place.

St. Louis Police Lt. Col. Lawrence O’Toole says a citizen flagged down an officer in a marked automotive Sunday night and pronounced the theft at a Kentucky Fried Hen eating place.

O’Toole says the officer went to the KFC and faced the fifty two-yr-antique suspect, who raised a handgun towards the officer. O’Toole says the suspect refused orders to drop the weapon and the officer fired photographs, killing the person.

The forty two-yr-antique officer is a thirteen-yr veteran. He used to be now not injured.
